Kim Bushnell
Chief Executive Officer
Kim Bushnell was named Chief Executive Officer of Peninsula Alliance on April 9, 2024. Before this role, she served as the Agency's Chief Operating Officer from March 2017, managing daily operations such as Programs and Human Resources. Her career before Peninsula Alliance included various leadership roles in the Banking and Real Estate sectors.
Joining Peninsula Alliance in January 2013, Mrs. Bushnell has held several senior positions, including Director of Operations and President/COO.
A lifelong resident of Kitsap County, Mrs. Bushnell and her family are well-established in the local community. She is a proud mother of one son, two adult daughters, and seven grandchildren. Mrs. Bushnell is actively involved in several local community organizations and her church, Gracepoint.
